Ken Richardson knives are great custom knives, simple as that. They sharpen easily and yet still hold an edge very well. My favorite is the 11" bowie. I've owed two and loved them both. Sound too big to use? Well they're not for me. I carried my first one a lot, and because Ken uses a thinner spring type steel in his knives, ever the larger sizes are comfortable to carry and use. Just try one, you'll see. Quality of knife AND sheath ..... #1 !!!! Seriously, just try one in whatever size suits you. They are great knives at a good price.
I use mine to kill Feral hogs and it has been a dream knife. Mine is a 11" Bowie and has done everything I expect it to and more.
Received my 6" bowie with the Mountain Man carving along w/ my initials. It is a fine looking knife. My brother has the Native American he bought in Utah. Extremely happy with my purchase.
